Terms of service
Last updated October 2026
These terms govern your organisation's use of Machinomics, a brand of [Company] ("we", "us"). Your signed customer agreement and quote take precedence where they differ.
The service
Machinomics reads status, program, part-count and alarm data from your CNC machines through a desktop agent on your PC, and shows it in our cloud web app. Installation, onboarding and support are included as described in your quote.
Read-only guarantee
The agent never writes to a CNC controller. It does not change parameters, programs or macros, and it does not start, stop or move a machine. Remote access to your PC happens only during install or support sessions that you start; we keep no permanent unattended access.
Subscription and fees
- Plans are priced by machine count, billed monthly or annually in advance. See pricing.
- A one-time setup fee covers the site survey, install and onboarding week.
- Plan limits apply; adding machines beyond your plan moves you to the next plan.
- Invoices carry "Machinomics — a brand of [Company]" and applicable GST.
- You may cancel at the end of any billing period with [30 days'] notice.
Your data
You own your machine and account data. We use it only to provide the service, as set out in our privacy policy. On request after cancellation, we export it and then delete it within [90 days].
Your responsibilities
- Keep a PC on your network running the agent, and keep its site token private.
- Give users access only to people in your organisation.
- Do not attempt to access other customers' data or disrupt the service.
Availability
We aim for [99.5%] monthly availability of the cloud app, excluding planned maintenance and your network or PC being offline.
Liability
Machinomics is a monitoring tool; production decisions remain yours. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the [12 months] before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
