Questions

Will Machinomics change anything on my machines?

No. The agent is read-only: it never writes parameters, programs or macros to a CNC. It only reads status, program number, part count and alarms.

Do I need new hardware?

Not for FANUC controllers with embedded Ethernet — the desktop app runs on an office PC you already have. Older machines without Ethernet will be supported through a small I/O module (about ₹10–15k per machine).

What if my controller is not FANUC?

Haas NGC and an I/O module option for any machine are coming next. For Siemens, Mazak, Okuma, Mitsubishi or Heidenhain, send an enquiry — we build new controllers when a customer needs them.

What happens when I add machines?

You move to the next plan. Starter covers up to 5 machines; adding a 6th moves you to Growth.

Who owns the data?

You do. We access your PC remotely only during install or support sessions that you start.
